Holli is originally from upstate New York. Before joining the Crown Customer Service Team Holli worked in retail as a Customer Service Manager. She has a lovely telephone voice and is excellent at putting people at ease. Holli is very family oriented. She proudly refers to herself as a Soccer Mom and a Marine Mom! Unsurprisingly, when asked where she would go if she could go anywhere, she simply said she would like to go back to upstate New York to visit family! When Holli does have a moment to herself, she enjoys a meal at her favorite restaurant “Harry’s” or crafting. She likes creating digital artwork and adding it to items like cups and pens.
