*Leo Amilcar*	*Service Technician* Leo is originally from Guatemala, and has lived in Florida for the past 9 years. When he isn't working, he likes to have dinner with his wife, Erica at "The Colombian Restaurant". He also enjoys running and relaxing in front of the television with his children and his dog Casper.
*Jay Burns*	*President* Jay is the driving force behind Crown Shredding. On any given day you may find Jay filling in for a driver, setting new sales goals, delivering containers, or meeting with clients. He is a hands on leader who inspires his team to provide the best possible service to our clients.
*Deanna Bearden*	*Operations Manager, Winter Haven Office* Getting things done is one of Deanna Beardens' greatest qualities. Always on top of things, she keeps the Winter Haven Office running like clockwork. In her spare time (as if a mother of three would have any) she enjoys spending time with her family. Deanna also enjoys cooking and reading. She is very active in her Church, spending time with the Junior Church and the Nursery.
*Amy Brocco*	*Administrative Assistant* Sweet as a Florida Orange Blossom, Amy is one of Florida's Finest. She is quiet, good-natured, and always willing to lend a hand. In her off time you can find her at the beach, with her husband and dogs (Joe & Angel). When she's at home she likes to scrapbook and do a little sewing.
*Dennis Clinch*	Service Technician Dennis is originally from Peoria, Illinois. He retired from Caterpillar after 32 years of service. He and his wife decided it was time to head south, where it was a little warmer, and they could enjoy some fun in the sun, so they moved to Port Orange in 2008. Dennis is a Chicago Bears Fan and likes to freshwater fish in his spare time.
*Michael Coffee*	*Service Technician* Michael is one of Florida's Originals. He was born and raised in Winter Haven and continues to live there with his wife Shawnessy and two sons Caleb and Cayden. Mike is gregarious and outgoing and well liked by the clients he serves. In his time outside of Crown Shredding you kind find Mike leading an active lifestyle, fishing and hunting and enjoying the great outdoors.
*Brian Copic*	*Sales Manager, Sales DIrector* 321-230-7580 Brian is the Sales Manager for the Metro Orlando Area. His outgoing personality and cheerful ways endear him to just about everyone. Brian is originally from the mid west and brings an excellent work ethic with him. When he has spare time you can find him at Disney with his lovely wife Melanie, and two children Will and Anna.
*Cindy Diaz*	*Operations Manager* Cindy is the smiling face and warm voice answering your calls at the Daytona Office. Cindy loves to cook so when she isn't working for Crown Shredding you might find her whipping up something delicious in the kitchen with her son. If cooking is not on the menu then you might find her watching a movie to unwind.
*James Granger*	James Granger is Country at heart . He was born and raised in Polk County. James has served 8 years in the Army Reserve, as a Specialist, with the Chemical Unit, out of Orlando. He has had one tour of duty, in Iraq, as part of Operation Freedom. James likes to spend his off time quietly at home, enjoying a little TV or remote control cars. If you do find him at a restaurant, it would probably be Chilli's, hoping to catch a little George Strait, in the background music.
*Chip Griffin*	*Service Technician* Chip is a native born Texan and like all good Texans, when it comes to sports, he supports the Texas Longhorns and the Dallas Cowboys! In his free time he enjoys watching his little girl play soccer or going out to dinner at Olive Garden.
*Michelle Haines*	*Service Technician* Michelle is a mother of 5 children and a grandmother to 15! Yes, you read it correctly! When she isn't busy protecting your documents, you can usually find Michelle spending time with her family. Michelle enjoys fishing and cooking! She also is an avid collector of cookbooks and has over 400 of them on her shelves! If you're looking for a recipe, Michelle is the lady to see!
*Marylee Jacobs*	*VP of Client Relations & Business Development and Compliance Officer* When clients talk about Marylee Jacobs they always mention her warmth and enthusiasm and her genuine interest in the people around her. She is always striving to make Crown Shredding better for clients, staff and the community. When she isn't out spreading good will, you can usually find her spending time with her adult children or curled up with a good book.
*Patrick Lashley*	*Service Technician* Patrick was born in Jamaica and raised in New York. Like many other snow birds Patrick found his way back to the warmer climate of Florida, and now resides in Winter Haven. Moving from the cold north to sunny Florida would be enough to put a smile on some peoples face, but Patrick says his reason to smile lives at home. He's married to the lovely Ana, with whom he has two children; Patricia, and P.J. If you get a chance to meet Patrick you will be immediately warmed by his friendly personality, and impressed with his excellent work ethic.
*Brian McMaster*	*Sales Manager, Space Coast* 321-480-2408 Brian is one of the nicest, most sincere, people you will ever have the pleasure to meet! He has been a Brevard county resident for about 30years! He and his lovely wife Melinda share the attention of three beautiful daughters, Sydney 8, Delaney 7, and Bailey 3. As one might imagine (having three little princesses of their own) they spend some of their free time at Disney allowing all of the princesses to gather in one location. When not visiting with royalty, you may find Brian & Melinda watching "The Gators" or "The Buccaneers" play ball or taking a short stroll down the street to their favorite Italian Restaurant, Truscello's Pizzaria.
*Tracy Mathews*	*Service Technician* Cheerful and polite are two words often used to describe Tracy. He's originally from Aniston Alabama and was brought to Florida courtesy of the United States Navy! He liked the Daytona area so much he decided to call it home! When Tracy isn't working you can find him, spending time with his wife, Felissa, working out or playing checkers.
*Bill Pack*	Sarasota Sales Manager 813-240-5484 Bill Pack was born and raised in Pittsburgh. PA. He came to Crown Shredding with several years experience in the shredding and recycling business. He quickly relocated to sunny Florida where his girlfriend and her two daughters already live. Bill loves to spend time with his adult son. When they are together you can find them on the golf course, traveling together, or spending time being two of the Pittsburgh Steelers’ biggest fans!
*Helmer Rivera*	*Service Technician* Helmer is one of our resident artisst. He is originally from Guatemala and also spent some of his youth in Columbia. Helmer is married to the beautiful Maria and has two sons, Franklin and Reynel. Helmer enjoys the opportunities available to him at Crown Shredding and appreciates his collegues and his clients. In his spare time Helmer can be found riding across the countryside, on his motorcycle. Once he's back home, you can find him putting paintbrush to canvas and recreating the landscapes he just saw.
