I am dropping you a quick note on how impressive your people have been through our move during the last month and a half.
Deanne has been nothing but gracious and patient with me always calling and adding pick-up days. The drivers and pick-up personnel have been outstanding. They have moved boxes, file cabinets, etc. to get to the shredding bins when I am sure most companies would have told us we would have to wait until the next pick-up. But not Crown Shredding - they do not leave until they have found and emptied all of their bins, be it having to climb over mounds and knock down walls to get to them - all with a smile on their face!
We owe all of them a huge "THANK YOU"!

I just hung up the phone with her and she answered all my questions and made me feel like she had all the time in the day to help me. Your company was contracted to shred old files at our location today and I want you to know what an outstanding job the gentleman that you sent did for us.

In a time when customer service is as important as cost, your employees actions far outweighed the cost. On a hot and humid morning he was smiling, energetic and hard working. It was obvious that he took pride in what he was doing. When most people would hurry through to get out of the heat, he was carefully going through our boxes, so as not to damage the good ones for reuse. He collected all of the large file clips in a box for us, as well as some salvageable 3 ring binders and file covers that he found. That care saved my company some money and helped offset some of the cost of using your service.

I thought his positive actions to insure A+ customer service warranted a letter to you. I did not get his name, but would you please thank him for me? I will definitely let everyone know that my experience with Crown Shredding was a very pleasant one.

I am extremely impressed with the speed at which you, the pick-up crew and delivery responded to my request. After your office called to let me know the pick-up crew was on their way, I walked around and got the shredding together. As soon as I had done that, the driver arrived to pick-up!
Our box was delivered before 3pm. The response time from when I sent the e-mail to when I received the box was no more than an hour.
Amazing!
